摘要
介绍了氧气底吹造锍熔炼及底吹连续吹炼技术在炼铜工业上的应用,分析对比了各种炼铜工艺的主要技术经济指标,指出双底吹连续炼铜工艺具有节能环保、SO_2回收率高、高溫烟气利用率高等特点,是一种环保高效的铜冶炼方式,具有极高的推广应用价值。
This paper introduces the application of oxygen bottom-blowing copper matting smelting and bottom-blowing continuous converting technology in the copper industry, analyzes and compares the differences of the core technical and economic indicators among different copper smelting processes. Then it is found that bottom-blowing smelting and bottom-blowing converting process features energy conservation, environmental-friendliness, high recovery rate of sulfur dioxide, high utilization rate of high temperature flue gas and so on. Thus, the process is considered as a environmentally friendly and efficient copper smelting method, which worth promotion and application.
