摘要
从功能性接地和非功能性接地两方面解析接地的作用及保护原理,探讨自动断电、双重绝缘或加强绝缘、电气分隔、SELV和PELV特低电压、附加保护等防电击措施。对埋入混凝土基础内接地极与室外接地极连接可能出现的腐蚀问题、单体建筑物总接地端子设置数量等接地问题逐一进行分析探讨。
The function and protection principle of grounding are analyzed from both functional and non-functional grounding, and the measures to prevent electric shock such as automatic power-off, double insulation or reinforced insulation, electrical separation, SELV and PELV extra low voltage, and additional protection are discussed. The grounding problems such as the corrosion problems that may occur in the connection between the grounding electrode embedded in the concrete foundation and the outdoor grounding electrode, and the number of the main grounding terminals of the individual building are analyzed and discussed one by one.
