摘要
农村电子商务作为解决农村剩余劳动力就业,促进实体经济发展的重要手段,其良好运行有利于乡村振兴。尽管目前我国农村电商成绩斐然,但是农村电商物流体系紊乱、乡村振兴政策落实不到位、农村电商人才匮乏以及农村电商产品趋于同质化,缺乏品牌建设等原因,严重削弱了农村电商对经济发展的重要性。基于此,提出了政府应加大政策支持力度、完善物流基础体系、注重电商专业人才队伍的建设、打造农村产品品牌效应等可行性建议,期望农村电商能抓住"乡村振兴"这一战略机遇,取得突破性进展。
Rural e-commerce is an important means to solve the employment of rural surplus labor and promote the development of the real economy,its good operation is conducive to rural revitalization.Although the achievement of rural e-commerce is remarkable,the reasons of rural e-commerce's disorganized logistics system,implementation of the policy of Rural Revitalization that is not in place,lack of electric business talents,homogeneity of rural e-commerce products,the lack of brand construction and so on seriously weakened the importance of rural e-commerce development to the economic development.Based on this,this paper proposes that the government should strengthen the policy support,improve the logistics basic system,pay attention to the construction of the professional talent team and build the brand effect of rural products.It is expected that the rural ecommerce can seize the strategic opportunity of"Rural Revitalization"and make breakthrough progress.
