人口老龄化对城乡收入差距影响探讨——基于社会保障路径

Discussion on the Influence of Population Aging on the Urban Rural Income Gap——Based on the Social Security

选取了从2005-2015年的全国31个省份的数据,采用中间效应的方法利用面板模型来研究人口老龄化对城乡收入差距的影响以及可能的作用途径。主要过程先是对人口老龄化和城乡收入差距进行直接的研究,研究人口老龄化对社会保障支出的影响。研究社会保障支出对城乡收入差距的影响。在社会保障角度下,从实证角度分析人口老龄化和城乡收入差距之间的关系。结果显示,人口老龄化虽然会增加财政支出的负担,但是却有助于缩小城乡收入差距。但是,结果表明影响城乡收入差距影响因素还有很多。因此,在制定宏观政策时,要充分认识到各个影响因素对城乡收入差距影响,科学合理作出决策。

This paper selects data from 30 provinces from 2005 to 2015 years,and uses the panel model to study the impact of population aging on the urban-rural income gap and possible ways of action.The main process is to conduct a direct study of the aging of the population and the income gap between urban and rural areas.Second,we will study the impact of population aging on social security spending.Finally,the impact of social security spending on the urban-rural income gap is studied.The intention is to analyze the relationship between population aging and urban-rural income gap from the perspective of social security and from an empirical perspective.The results of this paper show that although the aging population will increase the burden of fiscal expenditure,it will help narrow the urban-rural income gap.However,the results of this paper also show that there are many factors that affect the urban-rural income gap.Therefore,the significance of this article lies mainly in the formulation of macro-policy,should fully recognize the impact of various factors on the impact of urban and rural income gap,and make scientific and rational decisions.
