可调底流口旋流器在某尾矿筑坝中的应用

某尾矿筑坝时,随着坝体高度增加需要更换筑坝旋流器底流口,以维持筑坝需要的底流浓度和粒度,为此研发可调底流口旋流器。实践表明,使用可调底流口旋流器进行筑坝作业,省去了为每台旋流器配备多种规格的底流口,减少了设备成本,同时在使用过程中,不需要为旋流器更换沉砂口,减少人工成本。可调底流口旋流器分级效果不低于传统旋流器,适用于某尾矿筑坝作业。

With the height of the tailings dam increasing, it is necessary to replace the underflow mouth of cyclone to keep the concentration and particle size of underflow, so the cyclone with adjustable underflow mouth was developed. Practice showed that using this equipment to dam can avoid preparing a variety of specifications underflow mouths, reduce equipment cost and labor cost because of no need for replacing the underflow mouth. The classifying effect of the cyclone with adjustable underflow mouth was not lower than the common cyclone and it was suitable to a tailings damming.
