不同绿盲蝽抗性茶树品种新梢挥发物组成比较 被引量:2

摘要 为明确茶树新梢挥发物与茶树品种对绿盲蝽抗性的关联,通过田间调查确定不同茶树品种的绿盲蝽抗性,利用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用(HS-SPME-GC/MS)方法分析茶树新梢挥发物组成,然后分析茶树新梢挥发物与绿盲蝽抗性的相关性。结果发现,同一茶园同一时间调查,4个茶树品种绿盲蝽危害指数存在极显著差异,苔选0310表现出抗绿盲蝽特性,黄金芽表现为易感绿盲蝽;绿盲蝽危害程度不同的茶树品种新梢挥发物组成亦不同,受害程度最轻的苔选0310新梢挥发物主要为芳樟醇及其氧化物、香叶醇和水杨酸甲酯等,且较之其余3个品种新梢内萜烯烃类挥发物数量和相对含量明显更丰富,受害最严重的黄金芽新梢中含有较高的己醛、青叶醛和己醇等挥发物。茶树品种挥发物相对含量与绿盲蝽危害指数间的关联分析发现,萜烯醇类含量与茶树抗绿盲蝽间呈一定正相关,己醇含量与茶树感绿盲蝽间呈一定正相关。 Field investigation and laboratory detection (HS-SPME-GC/MS) were made to ascertain the correlation of volatile constituents of tea shoots and tea resistance to Apolygus lucorum(Meyer-Dur. ). Result showed that A. lucorum damage indexes on four tea cultivars in the same tea garden were extremely significantly different, Taixuan 0310 showed resistance, and Huangjinya was susceptible. The compositions of volatile components in tea shoots of different tea cultivars were also different. The main volatile substances in Taixuan 0310 were linalool and its oxides, geraniol, methyl salicylate. Furthermore, more terpene hydrocarbons were detected in the shoots of Taixuan 0310 compared to the other three cultivars. The shoots of Huangjinya contained more hexanal, Z-3-hexenal and hexanol. Correlation analysis between the relative content of volatiles and the damage index of A. lucorum on tea trees showed that the content of terpenic alcohols was positively correlated with the tea tree resistance to A. lucorum,while the hexanol played the opposite role.
