经尿道单次与二次电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的复发率及对患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Transurethral Single and Double Resection on the Recurrence Rate and Quality of Life of Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Tumor

目的探讨经尿道单次与二次电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤复发率及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者64例,按治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用经尿道单次电切手术,观察组在首次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切手术后4周行二次电切手术。比较2组临床疗效、术后复发率及对患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组临床治疗的有效率(87.50%)显著高于对照组(71.88%)(P<0.05),观察组患者的复发率(12.50%)显著低于对照组(34.38%)(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后各项生活质量较治疗前都有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组各项生活质量改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者进行二次经尿道肿瘤电切术有较好的疗效,能减少术后复发,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of transurethral single and double resection on the recurrence rate and quality of life of non-muscle invasive bladder tumor. Methods Selected 64 patients with non-muscle invasive bladder tumor. All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by treatment methods,each with 32 cases. The control group was treated with transurethral single resection. The observation group was treated with transurethral double resection. The clinical efficacy,and the recurrence rate and life quality of patients were compared between the 2 groups. Results The effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group（ 87. 50%） was higher than that of the control group（ 71. 88%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rate in the observation group（ 12. 50%） was lower than that of the control group（ 34. 38%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. The life quality of the 2 groups after treatment significantly improved（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of transurethral double resection for patients with non-muscle invasive bladder tumor is good,can reduce postoperative recurrence and improve quality of life.
