Analysis and Discussion on Key Technologies of Phyllite Tunnel Deformation in the Mountainous Area in Southern Shaanxi

摘要 基于软弱千枚岩的特殊物理力学特性,依托陕南安平高速公路21.6 km处女娲山1号千枚岩隧道项目,分析了隧道建设初期支护变形大、支护结构被破坏的原因。通过现场试验找到了较为有效的应对控制措施:即在洞口设置抗滑挡墙、提高初期支护的受力比例、控制预留沉降量等关键技术措施能有效地控制千枚岩地层的变形。 Based on the special physcical and mechanical properties of weak phyllite and Nu wa Mountain No. 1 phyllite tunnel project at 21.6 km from Anping highway in southern Shanxi, the reason for large support deformation and damage of supporting structure in the initial stage of the tunnel construction is analyzed and find the corresponding control measures effectively through field test. That such key technical measures as setting up anti-sliding retaining wall at the tunnel portal, improving the force ratio of the support in the initial stage and controlling the reserved settlement can effectively control the deformation of phyllite stratum.
