摘要
蒙华铁路设计为重载铁路,三门峡地区土质主要为自重湿陷性黄土,三阳车站工程最大填高15.25 m,最大填土宽度235.50 m,属超大断面填方。为了保证施工质量和施工进度,三阳车站路基填筑采用了数字化连续压实BIM技术,达到了提前校核设计,预先解决施工碰撞;做到了施工中全方位实时监控施工质量,及时调整压实工艺,质量检验零衔接。
Menghua Railway is designed as heavy haul railway, Sanmenxia area soil is mainly gravity collapsible loess, the maximum filling height of Sanyang station is 15.25 m, the largest filling width is 235.5 m,which is a super large section fill. In order to ensure construction quality and construction progress, the subgrade filling of Sanyang station is used digital continuous compaction BIM technology to achieve the early check design, solve the construction collision in advance and achieve the full range of real-time monitoring construction quality, timely adjustment of compaction process and zero cohesion of quality inspection.
