摘要
回转窑预还原是"磁选—回转窑预还原—电炉熔炼"工艺处理钒钛磁铁矿的关键环节。本文通过中试试验研究了利用该工艺处理莫桑比克Tenge钒钛磁铁矿过程中回转窑预还原指标影响因素,试验给出了钒钛磁铁矿的理化指标及回转窑预还原温度、预还原时间、煤矿比等几个主要工艺技术参数和条件,达到了试验预期目的,确定了"磁选—回转窑预还原—电炉熔炼"未制粒钒钛磁铁精矿的可行性,为工业化生产设计提供了技术依据。
Rotary kiln pre-reduction is the key link in the treatment of vanadium titanium magnetite by 'magnetic separation-rotary kiln pre-reduction-electric furnace smelting' process. In this paper, the fac- tors affecting the pre-reduction index of the vanadium titanium magnetite concentrate in the area of Mo- zambique are studied by pilot test. The physical-chemical indexes of vanadium titanium magnetite and the main technical parameters and conditions of pre-reduction temperature, pre-reduction time, coal ratio of rotary kiln are given, reaches the intended purpose of the test, the feasibility of refining the non granula- ted vanadium titanium magnetite concentrate by rotary kiln pre-reduction electric furnace is determined, provides a technical basis for the industrial production design.
