摘要
大冶有色冶炼厂对阳极炉炉寿影响因素进行了分析和优化实践,通过优化炉体不同部位的耐火砖材质,提高了阳极炉整体炉寿;创新透气砖应用"三步"优化维护,透气砖使用寿命与炉体大修实现同步,同时避免了透气砖漏铜等事故性停炉;优化锅炉燃烧室平顶为弧形拱顶结构,同时降低燃烧室及拱顶整体高度,避免了燃烧室的突发性故障停炉;优化氧化还原口角度、出铜口尺寸、稀氧燃烧烧嘴砖砖型结构及砌筑工艺等,2#、3#阳极炉炉寿整体得到较大提高,其小修周期由正常3~4个月延长至5~6个月,大修周期可达到2~2.5年,达到国内先进水平。
The paper analyzes and optimizes the factors affecting the furnace life of anode furnace in Daye Nonferrous Smelter. The whole furnace life is improved by optimizing the refractory brick material in dif- ferent parts of furnace body. Innovative "three steps" to optimize the application of breathable brick ma- intenance, makes breathable brick life and overhaul of the furnace body to achieve synchronization, while avoids copper leakage by breathable brick and other accidental furnace stop. Optimizes fiat top of the boiler combustion chamber to curved vault structure, and reduces the overall height of the combustion chamber and vault, avoids the sudden failure of the combustion chamber. Optimizes the angle of the Red- ox mouth, the size of the copper mouth, the brick structure of the dilute oxygen burning mouth, and the masonry process, the overall life of the 2 # and 3 # anode furnace has been greatly improved, and the re- pair cycle has been extended from normal 3 or 4 months to 5 or 6 months, the overhaul cycle can reach 2 to 2.5 years, it has reached the advanced level in China.
