71例克罗恩病住院患者临床特点分析

Clinical characteristics of 71 inpatients with Crohn's disease

目的回顾性分析克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)住院患者的临床特点。方法收集2007年1月至2017年1月在青岛市市立医院住院的CD患者临床资料,对患者的临床表现、结肠镜表现、实验室检查、影像学检查、治疗措施等进行分析。结果 71例CD患者中男性占62.0%。多数患者以腹痛、腹泻、发热为主,病变部位以回盲部多见。40例患者有不同程度的贫血,疾病活动度评分与C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率呈正相关,与血红蛋白、白蛋白、胆固醇呈负相关。内镜评分与C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率呈正相关,与血红蛋白、白蛋白呈负相关。结论我院CD患者以男性为主,多项实验室检查指标与疾病活动度存在相关性,多数患者接受内科治疗。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of inpatients with Crohn＇s disease（CD）. Methods The data of inpatients with CD were collected. The clinical features,endoscopic findings,laboratory findings,CT/MRI imaging,treatments were analyzed. Results of the 71 inpatients with CD,the male accounted for 62. 0%. The common symptoms were abdominal pain,diarrhea,fever. CD lesion was more common in ileocecus. Forty cases had anemia.Harvey-Bradshow index（HBI） was positively related to C-reactive protein（CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,negatively related to hemoglobin,albumin and cholesterol. Endoscopic score for CD（SES-CD） was positively related to CRP and ESR,but negatively related to hemoglobin and albumin. Conclusion The CD patients in our hospital are mainly male. A number of laboratory examination indexes are related to disease activity of CD. Most patients receive medical treatment.
