摘要
新疆KSADP工程是以灌溉供水为主的生态项目,管网建设是工程的重点,占工程总投资比重大。通过从安全、经济、实用、技术性等方面综合考虑,对不同管材、管径的物理、化学性能进行分析,结合地质条件对管材、管径进行比选,结果认为管径大、压力水头大的选用球墨铸铁管,管径中等、压力水头较小的选择玻璃钢管,对管径小、压力水头小的小型管道,采用PE管,为工程建设投资提供了可靠依据。
Xinjiang KSADP project is an ecological one mainly based on irrigation water supply. The construction of pipeline network is the focus of the project, accounting for a large proportion of the total investment. The article is based on comprehensive think of safety, economy, practice and technicality, and analysis on chemical properties of different pipes and different pipe diameters, and combination with the geological conditions of the pipes and pipe diameters and comparisons. The results show that the pipes with large diameter and large pressure head is suitable to select of ductile iron pipe and the medium diameter, pressure head smaller prefer to choose glass pipe, and the diameter of small,small pressure head small pipes is the use of PE pipe. The above mentioned provide some reliable basis for the engineering construction of investment.
