对冷轧产品表面乳化液残留量超标现象进行分析,并且制定了处理方案。通过改进轧机出口吹扫系统的结构,消除了带钢表面乳化液残留量超标现象,效果显著。

Excessive amount of residual emulsion on the surface of cold rolling products has been analyzed and the corresponding solution has been established. By improving structure of the blowing system at the exit of rolling mill,excessive amount of residual emulsion on the surface of strip steel has been eliminated to obtain evident effect.
