摘要
目的探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者血清中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择2016年12月至2017年2月沈阳军区总医院收治的17例SAH患者,选择10例健康体检者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别对两组进行血清IL-17水平的测定;比较不同脑损伤程度及不同病情严重程度下SAH患者血清IL-17的表达差异,并分析血清IL-17与脑血管痉挛的相关性。结果 SAH组与对照组血清IL-17水平分别为(163.65±16.71)、(90.71±9.88)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。血清IL-17水平与Fisher分级和Hunt-Hess分级呈正相关,与GCS评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。同时发生脑血管痉挛的患者血清IL-17[(169.57±13.99)pg/mL]明显高于未发生脑血管痉挛患者[(151.72±16.71)pg/mL],差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。结论患者血清IL-17水平与SAH病情、严重程度相关,同时对预测脑血管痉挛的发生有一定的意义。
Objective To discuss the change and significance of serum interleukin-17(IL-17)level in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)patients.Methods A total of 17 patients with SAH were collected in our hospital from December 2016 to February 2017,and 10 healthy patients were selected as control group.The concentrations of IL-17 in serum were measured by ELISA in both SAH group and control group.The serum levels of IL-17 were compared in different grading methods such as GCS score,Fisher grade and HuntHess grade.The correlation between IL-17 and cerebral vasospasm(CVS)were analyzed.Results The serum IL-17 level of SAH group was(163.65±16.71)pg/mL,while the level of IL-17 in control group was(90.71±9.88)pg/mL,difference was statistical significance(P〈0.001).Serum level of IL-17 was positively correlated with Fisher grade and Hunt-Hess grade of SAH patients,and negatively correlated with GCS score.Serum IL-17 levels in patients with CVS[(169.57±13.99)pg/mL]were significantly higher than those without CVS[(151.72±16.71)pg/mL],the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03).Conclusion The serum IL-17 level related with severity of SAH and the condition of the disease.And it has certain significance in predicting the occurrence of CVS.
