Characteristic Analysis of Traffic Violation Data in Road Transportation Industry: Taking a Province as the Example

道路运输行业交通违法数据分析作为运输管理的一项基础性工作,是运输管理部门掌握运输安全形势、研究运输违法规律特点、制定运输安全管理工作对策的依据,但目前我国对交通违法行为及其引发交通事故的规律研究很少。本文即通过分析道路运输交通违法行为的主要特征、规律,深度查找运输企业在违法行为中所反映的突出问题和薄弱环节,以便明确需要进一步加强行业依法监管的工作重点,提高行业监管成效,从而从源头上减少交通事故的发生。

The road transport industry illegal traffic data analysis as a basic task of transportation management, is the basis for the transportation management department to grasp the transportation safety situation, study the characteristics of the transportation illegal law, and formulate the transportation safety management countermeasures. However, there are few studies on traffic violations and the law of traffic accidents in China. In order to clarify the need to further strengthen the focus of the industry supervision according to law, improve the effectiveness of the industry supervision, this paper analyzes the main characteristics and laws of the illegal behaviors of road transportation, looks for the prominent problems and weak links reflected in the illegal behaviors of transportation enterprises deeply, only in this way can traffic accidents be reduced from the source.
