生态茶园管理模式探索与实践——以安溪县举源茶叶专业合作社为例

Exploration and Practice of Ecological Tea Plantation Management Model——Taking Anxi County Juyuan Specialized Tea Cooperative as an Example

安溪县龙涓乡举源茶叶专业合作社在10年的探索和实践基础上,总结出一条茶树稀植留高、茶草共生、套种绿肥、轮采轮休、茶林混合等多措并举的自然农耕生态茶园管理模式,从而达成茶园生态改善、茶叶品质提升、茶叶质量安全、经济效益增加的目标。

Based on 10 years of exploration and practice by Anxi County Juyuan Specialized Tea Cooperative,the article put forward a tea plantation management model,including planting sparsely and highly,tea-grass symbiosis,interplanting green manural plants,taking turns to plant and rest,and tea-forest mixture.The management model of natural farming and ecological tea plantations will achieve the goal of making improvement on ecology,tea quality and safety,as well as economic benefits.
