元朝是一个由蒙古族建立的朝代,在茶文化方面,承继两宋、辽、金时期的特点,以点茶法为主。元朝虽国祚短暂,但茶事活动没有辍然不耕,而是继续发展,并形成了其特有的元代茶文化。为展说元代异彩的茶文化,文章阐述了元代游牧文化影响下形成的独特的药茶、腊茶文化,并论述元代茶诗、茶词、散曲等不同形式下的茶文学特征,以及简述了散曲中可俗可雅的茶文化,概括了社会礼仪风尚中待客送别、祭祀怀人的茶俗、茶礼,浅述了有名无实的茶马贸易文化。

The Yuan Dynasty was a dynasty established by the Mongolian people.In terms of tea culture,it inherited the generations of the Song,Liao and Jin.Although the rule was short-lived,the tea industry did not halt,but continued to develop and formed a unique tea culture of the Yuan Dynasty.In order to show the splendorous tea culture of Yuan Dynasty,the article expounded the unique herbal tea and wax tea culture formed with the influence of the nomadic culture in the Yuan Dynasty,and discussed the characteristics of tea literature in different forms such as tea poems,tea words,and Sanqu in the Yuan Dynasty.The article also gave a brief description of the customary tea culture in Sanqu,as well as summarized the tea customs and tea ceremony in hospitality in the social etiquette fashion,and presented the famous tea and horse trade culture.
