Determination of Lignin Content in Fermented Cotton Derived Feed by Filter Bag Method

本试验采用纤维滤网袋法测定了棉源饲料中的木质素含量,确定是否可以用纤维滤袋准确测定棉源饲料中木质素含量。结果表明:用纤维滤袋测定木质素,一个样品需要12.0 mo L/L的硫酸100 m L浸泡2回才能将棉源饲料中大部分细胞内容物,如脂肪、蛋白质、糖类和纤维素等分解完全。与国标法比较差异不显著。

In this experiment, the lignin content in cotton derived feed was determined by the fiber filter bag method to confirm whether it could be accurately determined by such method. The results showed that most cell contents in cotton derived feed, including fat, protein, carbohydrates, and cellulose, etc., could be fully decomposed by soaking each sample twice with 100 ml of 12.0moL/L sulfuric acid, which was similar to the results by national standard.
