TSH预测PCOS患者IR的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨促甲状腺激素(TSH)预测多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者合并胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关性。方法:选取2014年2月至2017年6月我院妇科收治的168例无症状甲状腺功能减退的PCOS患者。ROC曲线确定TSH临界值,运用胰岛素抵抗(Homa-IR)≥2.72的稳态模型评估TSH对IR诊断的灵敏度和特异度,并比较临床、代谢参数与促甲状腺激素范围及胰岛素抵抗之间的函数关系。结果:PCOS患者TSH≥2.77m IU/L时,认为合并IR,灵敏度为47.9%,特异度为65.3%。结论:对于无症状甲状腺功能减退的PCOS患者,TSH≥2.77m IU/L可能导致IR。
