摘要
为菊花品种晓起皇菊的推广种植提供技术支撑,以1年生插穗为材料,进行基质配比[蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1)、园土+珍珠岩(1∶1)、园土+蛭石(1∶1)、园土+珍珠岩+蛭石(1∶1∶1)]、萘乙酸浓度(250mg/L、500mg/L、750mg/L、1 000mg/L)和浸泡时间(25s、45s、65s、85s)3个单因素试验,并在此基础上进行3因素3水平随机区组正交试验,研究不同基质配比、萘乙酸浓度及其浸泡时间组合对晓起皇菊扦插繁殖效果的影响。结果表明:园土+珍珠岩+蛭石(1∶1∶1),萘乙酸浓度1 000mg/L,浸泡时间65s最适宜晓起皇菊扦插繁殖,其扦插成活率高、促进生根作用最为明显。
Xiaoqihuangju cuttings with one-year old(aDendranthema morifoliumvariety)were tested under different substrate ratio(vermiculite+perlite=1∶1,garden soil+ perlite=1∶1,garden soil+perlite+vermiculite=1∶1∶1),NAA concentrations(250 mg/L,500 mg/L,750 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L)and soak times(25 s,45 s,65 sand 85 s)by three single-factor tests and the randomized block orthogonal design with three-factor and three-level was used to study the effect of different substrate ratio,NAA concentration and soak time combination on cutting propagation of Xiaoqihuangju cuttings and to provide the technical support for popularization and cultivation of Xiaoqihuangju,aD.morifolium variety.Result:The survival rate and rooting effect of Xiaoqihuangju cuttings cultured on the medium of garden soil+ perlite + vermiculite = 1∶1∶1 after the cuttings are soaked with 1 000 mg/L NAA solution for 65 sare the highest.
