油菜素内酯和吲哚乙酸对黄芩生长及品质的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Brassinosteroid(BR)and Indoleacetic Acid(IAA)on Growth and Quality of Scutellaria baicalensis

摘要 为黄芩生产和品质改善提供参考,以商洛黄芩幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽试验研究叶面喷施和浸根2种方式施用不同浓度油菜素内酯(BR)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)植物生长激素对黄芩苗生长及其黄芩苷和黄芩素含量的影响。结果表明:采用叶面喷施和浸根2种方式施用不同浓度BR和IAA溶液对黄芩苗生长及品质的影响明显,并以施用BR和IAA浓度分别为0.1mg/L和50mg/L时的黄芩苗生长及品质最优。其中,叶面喷施黄芩苗的根冠比、株高和侧根数分别为0.75、27.2cm和17条,比叶面喷施清水(CK)黄芩苗分别增加257.14%、32.68%和88.89%;叶面积指数和光合速率分别为8.03和20.58mg/cm2·h,比CK分别提高139.0%和118.24%;黄芩苷和黄芩素含量分别为3.25%和1.05%,比CK分别增加0.66百分点和0.35百分点。浸根黄芩苗的根冠比、株高、侧根数分别为0.78、26.7cm和20条,比清水浸根(CK)黄芩苗分别增加143.75%、31.53%和81.82%;叶面积指数和光合速率分别为7.18和18.65mg/cm2·h,比CK分别提高246.86%和151.69%;黄芩苷和黄芩素含量分别为3.12%和1.03%,比CK分别增加0.55百分点和0.34百分点。采用叶面喷施和浸根2种方式施用适宜浓度BR和IAA均可显著促进黄芩苗的生长、品质改善和药用价值提高,且2种施药方式的黄芩苗生长及品质相当。 Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings were treated with BR and IAA solution with different concentrations by using foliage spray and root dipping patterns to study the effects of BR and IAA on growth,baicalin content and baicalein content of S.baicalensis seedlings and to provide a reference for production and quality improvement of S.baicalensis.Result:The treatment of BR and IAA solution with different concentrations under foliage spray and root dipping patterns has the obvious effect on growth and quality of S.baicalensis seedlings.And growth and quality of S.baicalensis seedlings treated with0.1 mg/L BR and 50 mg/L IAA is the best.The root-shoot ratio,plant height,lateral root number,leaf area index,photosynthetic rate,baicalin content and baicalein content of S.baicalensis seedlings treated with 0.1 mg/L BR and 50 mg/L IAA by the foliage spray pattern are 0.75,27.2 cm,17,8.03,20.58 mg/cm^2·h,3.25% and 1.05%,257.14%,32.68%,88.89%,139.0%,118.24%,0.66% and0.35% higher than CK(water foliage spray treatment)respectively.The root-shoot ratio,plant height,lateral root number,leaf area index,photosynthetic rate,baicalin content and baicalein content of S.baicalensis seedlings treated with BR and IAA by the root dipping pattern are 0.78,26.7 cm,20,7.18,18.65 mg/cm^2· h,3.12%and 1.03%,143.75%,31.53%,81.82%,246.86%,151.69%,0.55%and0.34% higher than CK(water root dipping treatment)separately.The suitable BR and IAA concentration under foliage spray and root dipping patterns can promote growth of S.baicalensis seedlings and improve quality and medicinal value of S.baicalensis significantly and there are no differences in growth and quality of S.baicalensis between two application patterns.
