摘要
为微波处理瓜类种子在生产上的应用提供科学依据,以8种瓜类种子为试验材料,通过不同处理方法和处理时间研究微波处理对其种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响。结果表明:预处理方法Ⅰ处理种子较预处理方法Ⅱ效果显著;采用预处理方法Ⅰ,微波处理时间以4~16s效果较好,与对照相比,该处理条件下8种瓜类种子的发芽率提高16.7~26.7百分点,发芽势提高13.4~30百分点,发芽指数提高25.30%~43.37%。在实际生产中,采用预处理方法Ⅰ微波处理4~16s,可有效提高瓜类种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。
The seeds from 8 kinds of gourds were treated with microwave by using two pretreatment methods to study the effects of microwave treatment on germination rate,germination vigor and germination index of these seeds and to provide the scientific basis for application of seed microwave treatment in gourds production.Result:The effect of PretreatmentⅠis higher than PretreatmentⅡ.The germination rate,germination vigor and germination index of seeds from 8 kinds of gourds treated by PretreatmentⅠwith 4-16 smicrowave treatment are 16.7%-26.7%,13.4%-30% and 25.30%-43.37% higher than CK respectively.In conclusion,PretreatmentⅠwith 4-16 smicrowave treatment can improve the seed germination rate,germination vigor and germination index of 8 kinds of gourds in practical production of gourds effectively.
