摘要
冠状动脉硬化斑块破裂形成冠状动脉血栓是导致急性心肌梗死发生的主要原因,而心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(I/R损伤)是急性心肌梗死患者进行心肌再灌注治疗后的一种严重并发症。内皮细胞是心脏微循环构成的基本单位,所以内皮功能紊乱及微循环损伤是心肌I/R损伤的重要标志和发生基础,内皮细胞发生自噬可能会导致其自身的活性增高或死亡,内皮细胞的结构和功能损伤从而使血流运行受阻,形成和加重心肌I/R损伤。目前,对于内皮细胞自噬在心肌I/R损伤中的作用及其参与机制的相关研究较少。
Rupture of coronary arteriosclerotic plaque which leads to the formation of coronary thrombus is the main cause of death in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury is a serious complication of acute myocardial infarction after reperfusion therapy. Endothelial cells constitute the basic unit of the microcirculation of the heart,so endothelial dysfunction and microcirculation injury are the important signs and occurrence basis of myocardial I/R injury. Autophagy may increase the activity of endothelial cells or cause the death of endothelial cells. The damage of the structure and function of endothelial cells can block the blood flow and therefore lead to the formation of I/R injury. At present,there is less research on the role of autophagy in endothelial cells in myocardial I/R injury and its participation mechanism.
