摘要
脑胶质瘤严重威胁着人们的身体健康,治疗该病是一项巨大的挑战。为了改善脑胶质瘤的治疗,纳米粒子(NPs)成为一个很好的选择,它具有缓释性、靶向性和亲和性等特征,并且纳米材料在保持药物稳定性方面有明显的优势,可以成为抗肿瘤药物的最适载体。纳米材料作为药物载体为胶质瘤的治疗开辟了新的思路。目前已经成功构建了多种抗肿瘤NPs,每种NPs均有特定的性质,因而纳米给药系统及NPs在胶质瘤个体化治疗方面具有极大的应用优势。
Glioma is a serious threat to people's health,and treatment for this disease is a huge challenge. In order to improve the treatment of glioma,nanoparticles(NPs) can be a good choice. It has the characteristics of slow-release,targeting and affinity,and nanomaterials have obvious advantages in maintaining drug stability,so that they can be the best carrier of anti-tumor drugs. As drug carriers,nanomaterials have lightened up new ideas for the treatment of glioma. A variety of anti-tumor NPs have been successfully constructed,each with specific properties. Therefore,nano-drug delivery system and NPs have great advantages in individualized treatment of glioma.
