基于百度指数的土地流转网络关注度时空特征研究

Research on Spatial-temporal Characteristics of Network Attention of Land Circulation Based on Baidu Index

土地流转的网络关注度可为政府提供信息参考。本文利用百度指数数据分享平台,在获取全国31个省、自治区和直辖市土地流转百度指数的基础上,运用变异系数、地理集中度指数和相关系数等指标,对2014—2017年土地流转网络关注度的时空特征和影响因素进行研究,结果表明,国家政策、地区生产总值、网民数、农村居民人均可支配收入和乡村人口数量等因素对土地流转的网络关注度有显著影响。政府应根据各地社会经济条件和土地市场发展程度采取差异化引导措施,各地国土部门应加强对土地网络信息和线上流转平台的监督检查,切实保障农户利益。

Network attention of land circulation can provide information reference for the government.This paper analyzed the spatial-temporal characteristics and influencing factors of the network attention degree of land circulation from 2014 to 2017 by using coefficient of variation,geographic concentration index and correlation coefficient based on the Baidu index data of land circulation of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities obtained from the Baidu index data sharing platform.The results showed that the factors such as national policy,GDP,netizen number,per capita disposable income of rural residents and the number of rural population have significant influence on the network attention of land circulation.The government should take different guidance measures according to the social and economic conditions and the development degree of the land market.The local land departments should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the land network information and the online circulation platform,so as to ensure the interests of the farmers.
