氩离子束对BaO-TiO2-SiO2玻璃性能的调控 被引量:2

摘要 采用传统方法制备BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2(BTS)三元玻璃体系,利用氩离子束对BTS玻璃进行辐照,通过差热分析、拉曼光谱分析和电子显微分析等方法,研究不同辐照条件下BTS玻璃体系的析晶程度、压电性能和硬度的变化。结果表明:当氩离子束辐照能量为5 keV时,随着氩离子束辐照时间的增加,BTS玻璃的析晶程度、压电系数、显微硬度均增加,且辐射后的玻璃表面变平滑,辐照后生成的微晶体主要成分是Ba_2TiSi_2O_8。当氩离子束辐照能量为30 keV,短时间大剂量的辐照情况下析出Ba_2TiSi_2O_8多晶。 The ternary glass system BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2( BTS) was prepared via traditional melt annealing method. We used argon ion beam to irradiate the samples,analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry( DSC), Raman spectroscopy, electron microscopy techniques,microhardness test and piezoelectricity characterization. Results on the alteration of crystallization degree,piezoelectricity and microhardness of BTS glass system under different irradiation condition were obtained. When the argon ion beam irradiation energy was 5 keV,the crystallization degree,the piezoelectric coefficient and the microhardness of the BTS glasses increased with the increment of irradiation time of argon ion beam,and the main component of the crystalline after irradiation was Ba_2TiSi_2O_8.While for the samples irradiated by 30 keV argon ion beam,polycrystalline Ba_2TiSi_2O_8 with different Si content precipitated under the irradiation of a short time with high dose.
