特定穴位疗法在妊娠期高血压剖宫产术后降压效果的观察

Therapeutic effects of specific acupoint therapy in treatment of gestational hypertension after cesarean section

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病剖宫产术后患者特定穴位疗法配合常规治疗的效果。方法收治的妊娠期高血压疾病剖宫产术后患者242例,随机分为常规组120例和特定穴位疗法组122例。2组均给予常规治疗,特定穴位组给予常规降压药物外,另给予特定穴位太冲、阴陵泉、足三里、丰隆、三阴交、涌泉穴位择时按压,治疗5 d。观察2组治疗5 d后的血压、睡眠、尿量的变化。结果 2组患者治疗前收缩压和舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗后收缩压和舒张压明显降低,且特定穴位组明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前Epworth评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗前后差值比较,特定穴位组Epworth评分下降值明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。特定穴位组剖宫产术后第3、5天尿量明显多于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);特定穴位组住院时间明显少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论按压特定穴位在剖宫产术后降压中优于单纯常规药物治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of specific acupoint therapy in treatment of gestational hypertension after cesarean section. Methods A total of 242 patients with gestational hypertension who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were randomly divided into routine treatment group（ n = 120） and specific acupoint treatment group（ n = 122）. The patients in both groups were treated by conventional antihypertensive drugs,on this basis,the patients in specific acupoint treatment group were treated by specific acupoint pressing,including the acupoints of Taichong,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Fenglong,Sanyinjiao and Yongquan,with a treatment course of 5 days for both groups. The changes of blood pressure,sleep and urine volume were observed and compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure on 1 day after ceserean section between two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. However,the blood pressures levels on the third and fifth day after operation in specific acupoint treatment group were significantly lower than those in routine treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Morever,the sleep time and urine volume after operation in specific acupoint treatment group were superior to those in routine treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The specific acupoint pressing is superior to simple coventional drug in treatment of gestational hypertension after cesarean section.
