RSV与MP联合检测在住院儿童呼吸道病原菌中的筛查效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)与肺炎支原体(MP)联合检测在住院儿童呼吸道感染病原菌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取收治的呼吸道感染患儿2 337例,采用间接荧光免疫法检测患儿血清中的MP、RSV分析两种病原菌与儿童呼吸道感染的相关性。结果 2 337例患儿中MP与RSV联合检测总感染率为15.32%(358/2 337),其中MP感染率为9.03%(211/2 337),RSV感染率为6.29%(147/2 337);在不同性别患儿中,MP感染率分别为男9.30%、女8.59%,RSV感染率分别为男6.69%、女5.66%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在4组不同年龄段患儿中,MP以1~5岁、6~10岁感染率最高,RSV以1~5岁感染率最高,与其他年龄段比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同季节发病患儿中,MP夏秋季节感染率明显高于冬春季节(14.42%vs 2.62%),RSV冬春季感染率明显高于夏秋季(11.42%vs 1.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在儿童常见的五种呼吸道感染中,MP与RSV均以支气管肺炎和急性支气管炎感染率最高,不同病种间MP、RVS感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RSV与MP联合检测对于儿童呼吸道感染的病原菌早期检测、流行病学调查及治疗具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the application value of combined detection of respiratory syncytial virus( RSV)and mycoplasma pneumoniae( MP) in diagnosis of respiratory tract infection( RTI) in hospitalized children. Methods A total of 2337 children with RTI who were treated in our hospital were selected as subjects. Indirect immunofluorescence was used to detect MP and RSV in children ’s serum. The correlation between the two pathogens and RTI in children was analyzed. Results The total infection rate of MP and RSV in 2,337 cases was 15. 32%( 358/2,337),and the infection rate of MP and RSV were 9. 03%( 211/2,337) and 6. 29%( 147/2,337),respectively. The infection rate of MP was 9. 30% in males and 8. 59% in females,while the infection rate of RSV was 6. 69% in males and 5. 66% in females,and there were no significant differences between the two groups( P 〉 0. 05). Among the four groups of children with different ages,the infection rate of MP was the highest in children aged 1 ~ 5 years and 6 ~ 10 years,whereas that of RSV was the highest in those aged 1~ 5 years. And the difference was statistically significant,as compared with the other age groups( P 〈 0. 05). In terms of different onset seasons,the infection rate of MP in summer and autumn was significantly higher than that in winter and spring( 14. 42% vs 2. 62%),and the infection rate of RSV in winter and spring was significantly higher than that in summer and autumn( 11. 42% vs 1. 97%),suggesting statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). Among the five common respiratory infections in children,MP and RSV had the highest infection rate of bronchial pneumonia and acute bronchitis respectively,and the difference in MP and RVS infection rates between different diseases was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The combined detection of RSV and MP has a high application value for the early detection,epidemiological investigation and treatment of pathogenic bacteria in children with RTI,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
