摘要
研究了内生细菌活性物质促进毛竹生长的生化机理。研究结果表明:3个内生菌菌株均能够提高毛竹叶片的叶绿素含量,增强毛竹叶片的保护酶活性;经内生菌株处理后,除丙二醛(MDA)含量低于对照外,毛竹叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均较对照有所提高。
The biochemical mechanism that the active substances of endophytic bacteria promoted the growth of moso bamboo( Phyllostachys edulis) was studied. The results indicated that: the tested 3 strains of endophytic bacteria all could increase the chlorophyll content in leaves of moso bamboo,and strengthen the activity of protective enzymes in moso bamboo leaves; after being treated with endophytic bacterial strains,moso bamboo leaves had lower malondialdehyde( MDA) content than the control,but they had higher activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and peroxidase( POD),as well as higher content of soluble protein and soluble sugar than the control.
