摘要
由于不同工程金属构件类型的复杂性和多样性,在生产过程中若不相应地调整工艺参数,会致使某些构件表面出现镀锌层厚度、锌层附着性不能达到国家标准,或出现明显黄色钝化色的现象。为了保证产品质量,提高客户满意度,避免因返镀次数增加而导致人力物力消耗增加、成本上升及造成经济损失,本文针对实际生产过程中出现的问题进行了现象调查和分析,通过优化镀锌工艺流程控制及相关参数,保证锌层附着性。
Due to the complexity and variety of metal components in different engineering, if the technique parameters are not adjusted accordingly in the production process, the thickness of galvanized layer on certain components and the adhesion of zinc layer will not reach the national standard, or the surface of zinc galvanization will appear a clear yellow passivation color. In order to ensure product quality,improve customers’ satisfaction, to avoid the increase in the consumption of human and material resources, cost and economic losses,this article has carried on the phenomenon investigation and the analysis to the question which appears in the actual production process. To guarantee zinc layer’s adhesion quality,we optimizes the galvanizing technological process control and the correlation parameter.
