输油管道安全生产运行控制措施

Energy is the basis of development, and oil is one of the most important energy sources, which is widely used in pro-duction and daily life. The quality of oil plays an important role in promoting national economic development. Only by comprehen-sively ensuring the safety of oil transportation can we ensure the stability of oil production. In the new context and the new normalsituation, the safety problems of oil pipelines are increasing constantly. Only by innovating management methods in an all-round waycan we promote the healthy development of the oil industry. This paper puts forward the safety control measures of oil pipeline in anall-round way by analyzing the problems of safe production and operation of oil pipeline at present.
