摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对居住环境的舒适性要求越来越高。多联机空调具有安装灵活、方便等优点,在建筑工程中得到了广泛的应用。在空调运行过程中,如果运行时间过长,会使空调中的电子元件温度升高,甚至会导致电子元件失效,所以,对空调系统散热风道进行分析研究具有重要意义。文章基于Fluent软件,对变频多联机空调散热情况进行了整机建模分析,并对各个散热片、出风口的流场进行了分析,确定出了最佳的排风速度和排风角度,可供参考。
With the continuous development of social economy, people have higher and higher requirements for the comfort of theliving environment. Multi-on-line air conditioning has been widely used in building engineering because of its flexible and convenientinstallation. In the process of air conditioning operation, if the operation time is too long, the temperature of electronic components inair conditioning will rise, even lead to electronic components failure, so it is of great significance to analyze the cooling duct of airconditioning system. Based on Fluent software, the heat dissipation of variable-frequency multi-online air conditioning is modeled andanalyzed in this paper, and the flow field of each heat sink and outlet is analyzed, and the optimum exhaust velocity and exhaustangle are determined, which can be used as a reference.
