基于TOPSIS对宜居城市的模糊综合评价

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of livable city based on TOPSIS

宜居城市的构建已经成为当前国内外城市追求的目标,也是当前国内外城市研究的热点.针对淮海经济区的徐州、连云港、宿迁、商丘、济宁、宿州、枣庄和淮北这八座城市的宜居水平进行分析,建立综合评价衡量城市宜居水平的指标体系,并利用层次分析法计算城市宜居水平的综合得分,同时利用TOPSIS考虑不确定因素对宜居城市评价稳定性的影响.最后根据八个城市宜居城市的综合得分,给出排名,结合实际给出相关建议.

The construction of a livable city has become the goal pursued by the cities at home and abroad at present,and it is also a hot spot in urban research at home and abroad.This paper analyzed the livable level of eight cities in Xuzhou,Lianyungang,Suqian,Shangqiu,Jining,Suzhou,Zaozhuang and Huaibei of Huaihai Economic Zone,and established the index system of comprehensive evaluation to measure the livable level of the city,and calculated by using analytic hierarchy process Urban livability levels,while using TOPSIS consider the impact of uncertainties on the evaluation of livable cities stability. Finally,based on the comprehensive scores of livable cities in eight cities,the rankings and relevant suggestions were given according to the actual conditions.
