摘要
对某车型车门系统玻璃下降过程中出现的电机与车门系统共振问题进行研究,采用噪声振动数据采集系统对车门系统的共振噪声进行频谱分析,为量产质量整改及项目前期车门系统开发提供参考。结论如下:额定电压下,该车门系统的固有频率为87.89 Hz,在电机转动频率范围内(78.16~89.33 Hz)有共振噪声的可能;通过改变电机的转动频率能够避免共振问题;通过增加隔振块能有效缓解振源的传递,从而改善共振问题。
The resonance of motor and door system in the process of glass dropping was researched. A noise vibration data acquisition system was used to make spectrum analysis to the resonant noise of the door system. It provides reference for the production quality improvement and exploitation of door system. The research results are that: the natural frequency of the door system is 87. 89 Hz at the rated voltage,and there is a possibility of resonant within the range of motor rotation frequency( 78. 16 ~ 89. 33 Hz); the resonance problem can be avoided by changing the rotation frequency of the motor; the transmission of vibration source can be effectively alleviated by increasing the damping block.Therefore the resonance problem is improved.
