RGB激光前照灯色温空间分布的研究

摘要 近几年,伴随着激光制造技术的成熟,激光光源在汽车照明领域也受到越来越多的关注,其中利用RGB三色激光作为光源具有色温可控的优势。利用RGB激光光源设计一套激光前照灯模组,通过前置透镜组将出射光变换为椭圆形光型,用PWM方式分别调节红、绿、蓝三色激光的电流,可以实现色温的精确控制。再借助分布式照度测量系统和积分球分别进行光型扫描和色温测量,且选取25 m处屏幕上的7个点,对其空间色温分布的一致性进行分析。结果表明:光型照度满足GB 25991-2010远光要求,但空间色温分布存在一定的差异。 In recent years,with the development of laser manufacturing technology,more and more attention has been paid to laser source in the field of automotive lighting. And using RGB tricolor laser as a light source has the advantage of controllable color temperature. A laser headlight module using RGB laser source was designed. The emitting light pattern was transformed into elliptic type through the front lens,and the current of RGB lasers was adjusted with PWM mode to control the color temperature accurately. Then the distributed illumination measurement system and integrating sphere were used to do optical scanning and color temperature measurement respectively. Seven points on the screen of 25 m were selected to analyze the consistency of the spatial color temperature distribution. The results show that light illumination satisfies the requirement of GB 25991-2010,but there is a certain difference in the distribution of space color temperature.
