摘要
无刷直流电机是随着电力电子技术及新型永磁材料的发展而迅速发展起来的一种新型电机。自动变速器的电子油泵电机由于控制系统设计简易、成本低廉、控制算法合理、开发周期短的要求,也采用了此电机。基于电子油泵的特性,研究无刷直流电机的控制方法。电子油泵电机采用转速-电流双闭环控制系统,该系统可以极好地适应液压系统的扰动带来的负载突变过程,能够快速达到稳态。并且应用电路简单,体积小,易于实现。在后续研究中还可加入油压-电流特性控制,以达到液压系统精确调节主压力的控制需求。
Brushless direct current( BLDC) motor is a new type motor which is quickly matured with the development of the power electronic technology and the new permanent magnet materials. It is always used as the motor of electric pump in automatic transmission. It meets four points: simple design of control system,low cost,rational of control algorithms,short of iteration. The control method of BLDC was researched based on the characters of electric pump. The speed-current double close control system was analyzed. The control method could suit the hydraulic system when the load was abruptly changed and the system could reach to steady status quickly. The control circuit is simple and could be realized easily. In the future,p-I control can be used in the system to meet the demand of control main pressure accurately.
