摘要
以汽车外拉手为例,使用三维扫仪对汽车外拉手进行数据的采集,将获取的点云数据保存并处理成面片文件,通过RapidForm软件根据面片文件进行数字模型的重建,并根据机械原理和机械设计知识进行产品创新设计,将重建后的数字模型导出并导入到UG NX10.0内进行数控编程,根据需要使用合适的机床进行数控加工。
Taking the automobile outside shake handshandle as example,the three dimensional( 3D) scanning instrument was used for data collection of automobile outside shake handshandle. Then the gotten point cloud data were processed as triangular facet file. Through RapidForm software,the digital model was reconstructed according to facet file. And based on mechanical principle and mechanical design knowledge,product innovation design was done. The digital model was imported into UG NX10. 0 for computer numercial control( CNC)programming. Then according to the need,the right tools were used for CNC machining.
