摘要
详述某款减振器在整车耐久试验中频繁失效的现象,发现该失效大部分与减振器过热有关。因传统的温度测量方法无法满足目前的需求,开发远程温度监测系统。该方法能实时并全过程记录整个试验中的温度数据,通过不同维度的对比证明该方法与其他方法相比优势明显。并利用该方法对温度数据进行分析,优化试验方法,避免零件过热。
The failure of one shock absorber occurred frequently and mostly was related with overheated. Traditional method could not meet requirement and remote temperature monitor system was developed to record the realtime temperature during the whole test. This method is much better than others by comparing through different sides. At last,the data were analyzed and the test method was optimized to avoid part overheated.
