高模量沥青混合料性能研究

摘要 为促进高模量沥青混合料的推广应用,对高模量沥青混合料的性能进行分析,并与基质沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料进行对比。结果表明:高模量沥青混合料较基质沥青混合料,静态模量提高28.7%,动态模量能够达到静态模量的5~7倍,且超过14000MPa,是基质沥青混合料的1.64倍;高模量沥青混合料具有优良的高温抗车辙能力;高模量沥青混合料低温性能满足使用要求,应根据地域温度及性能需求选择应用层位;高模量沥青混合料抗疲劳性能优越,是普通沥青混合料疲劳寿命的1.1~1.48倍。 In order to promote the popularization and application of high modulus asphalt mixture,the analysis on the performance of high modulus asphalt mixture is made,and the comparison is made with that of matrix asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture. The results show that: comparing to the matrix asphalt mixture,the static modulus of high modulus asphalt mixture increases 28. 7%,the dynamic modulus can reach 5 ~7 times of static modulus and exceed 14000 MPa,which is 1. 64 times of that of matrix asphalt mixture; high modulus asphalt mixture has good high-temperature anti-rutting capacity; the low-temperature performance of high modulus asphalt mixture can meet the operating requirement,and the application layer can be selected according to the regional temperature and performance requirement; the anti-fatigue performance of high modulus asphalt mixture is excellent,which is 1. 1 ~ 4. 8 times of fatigue life of common asphalt mixture.
