经皮内镜下胃、空肠造瘘术在肠内营养之外的临床应用研究进展

Progress in clinical application of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy and percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy except enteral nutrition

经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy,PEG)及经皮内镜下空肠造瘘术(percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy,PEJ)因具有安全、简便、效果佳、经济等优点,在临床上越来越多地被采用和推广。其早期主要应用于肠内营养,但随着临床应用的增多,其适应证也不断扩大,除肠内营养外,PEG及PEJ还可应用于消化道瘘、胃肠梗阻、胆道梗阻、胃扭转、顽固性腹水及中枢神经系统性病变等。现对PEG及PEJ在肠内营养支持以外的临床应用相关进展作一概述。

Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy（ PEG） and percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy（ PEJ） are widely used and spread in clinic because of their advantages of safety,simplicity,high efficiency and low price. It is mainly used in enteral nutrition in early stage. But with the increase of clinical application,its indication is constantly expanding. Except enteral nutrition,PEG and PEJ can also be used in gastrointestinal fistula,gastric ileus,biliary obstruction,gastric volvulus,obstinate ascites and central nervous system diseases. This article reviewed the progress of PEG and PEJ in clinical application except enteral nutrition support.
