胆囊癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高。患者早期缺乏特异症状,发现时已多属晚期。随着影像学技术的进步,胆囊癌的检出率日益提高。目前外科手术治疗仍是其主要治疗手段。国内外就胆囊癌的症状、诊断、分期、治疗等进行了大量研究,但就治疗方面仍存在争议,现查阅相关文献并作一概述。

Gallbladder carcinoma is a common digestive system tumor,with highly grade malignancy. In early stage,the patients almost don＇t have particular clinical symptoms,it often made a definite diagnosis of later period disease.With the development of iconography,the detection rate is increasing gradually. Now,the surgery is the main treatment mean. This view will give a thorough explanation after reviewing relevant documentation.
