国内智慧城市的研究现状及展望

Current Status and Prospect on the Study of Smart City in China

2008年全球金融危机的大背景下,各国努力 寻找新的经济增长点和城市治理的突破点.与此同时,大数据 分析、信息技术的快速发展为城市的经济发展和功能提升创 造了条件.2010年,IBM公司正式提出了“智慧城市”的愿景.智慧城市作为城市治理和建设的新途径,引起了国内学者 的广泛关注.本文通过CNKI中国学术期刊网络平台,以“智 慧城市”为篇名条件对国内学者的研究进行检索,同时对 “智慧城市”的概念界定、研究现状进行了梳理和分析,并在 此基础上对“智慧城市”未来的研究和发展趋势进行展望.

After the global financial crisis in 2008, countries were stri-ving to seek new breakthroughs to boost economic growth and urban govern-ance. Meanwhile, big data analysis and the rapid development of information technology have laid foundations for the city＇s economic development and func-tional upgrading. In 2010, IBM formally put forward the vision of smart cityw as a new way of urban governance and construction, which has aroused wide-spread interests from domestic scholars. By searching the word of a smart cityJ, in the titles of studies of domestic scholars on CNKI, we sorted out and ana-lyzed the definitions and the status quo of a ＂Smart City＂ , and based on that predicted the future trend of its research and development.
