Human Sentiments and Economic Justice

经济不平等问题,实际上就是经济正义问题。经济世界是人类从事经济活动而产生的世界,是一个与人类经验世界密切相关的世界。人类在经验世界内的一切活动,都是人受到情感推动的结果,离开了人类情感,就不会有人类活动。然而,人类在经验世界内的情感必然具有功利性特征,人类情感的功利性特征决定了人类经济活动中必然产生经济不平等现象。要从根本上消除经济不平等,不能寄希望于在现实经验世界实现人人平等的大同世界,而需要人类向内调整情感方向,通过发掘情感自身具有的超经验和超功利元素,并从中感受到超功利快乐,这是人类获取经济正义的情感之路。

The issue of economic inequality, is the issue connected with economic justice. Economic world is created from human economic activities closely connected with human experience. All kinds of human activities in this world are excited by human sentiments. Without human sentiments, there will be no human action at all. However, the human actions in the experience world much have the characteristic of utilitarianism which determines human economic activities to be unequal. If economic inequality is to be removed fundamentally, the perspective must be turned from the outside world to the inner world, and we must find the ways to transcend utilitarian quality of human sentiments.
