As a famous senior high school in Hubei,Hubei Wuchang Experimental High School had experienced constant decline on education quality for a period of ten years. At the beginning of 2011,a newprincipal,who was entrusted with a mission at the critical and difficult moment,has changed the situation and successfully made the school to spring to life after nearly six years＇ effort with the teachers and students. This is a typical example of seeking for development by making use of innate powers,which is also a＂Phoenix Nirvana＂story.The current principal has recorded this special experience and his own feelings when he has almost finished his duty. He believes that,＂that a school will succeed or not does not depend on exterior environment although it is crucial,but depend on interior power which is the essence of development. ＂Where does the motivation of development come from？ It firstly comes from the collective intelligence of the school＇ s leading group,secondly comes from our common vision,thirdly comes from the efficient integration of inner resources. He has also presented his thinking and worry about current environment for running school.
