With the establishment of cytology, bioscience has developed from molecular biology, genomics, pharmacogenomics to the latest chapter nutritional genomics. By the deep development of life science, this essay starts from the gene sequencing, to discuss the genetic nutrition which becomes the basic principle of new technology in preventing major genetic diseases and controlling the source of life and health, and combine with the interaction between gene mutation and gene nutrition
