Moral Rules Concerning Peace of the World

天下具有形而上性和形而下性,形而上的天下观可以为民族国家提供一种价值的标尺,成为民族国家的价值指南,从而使民族国家在其指引下实现天下太平.天下观所包含的觉悟的要求、对德化力量的信任、价值等级诉求、德福平衡的基本原理以及仁爱、公正的价值等内涵倶有助于世界和平,可以为民族国家的建设提供依据,并为世界制度体系的建立提供依凭.

The World has metaphysical and concrete features. The metaphysical world viewpoint can provide a kind of value criterion for national countries which works as the guide of national country and realizes the peace of world. World viewpoints contain the awaking elements, trust of moral power,different level of values and basic balance between morality and happiness, benevolence and justice. The value of benevolence and justice is helpful for world peace and can be used by national country and world institution.
