摘要
通过田间自然鉴定的方法研究了5个欧亚种葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)品种对霜霉病的抗性,同时测定了5个品种健康叶片和不同感病程度叶片中的多酚氧化酶(PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,分析了叶片感病后各种酶活性的变化趋势。结果表明:供试品种爱格丽和失富罗莎为抗病品种,8803、9307和维多利亚为感病品种。供试品种感病后,PPO和POD活性总体呈现显著升高趋势,感病越严重其活性升高的幅度越大。尤其是抗病品种爱格丽感病严重时这2种酶活性的升高幅度最大,各为2.3348U/(g·min)和90.7161U/(g·min)。而不同品种感病后PPO和POD活性的升高趋势不同。供试品种感病后SOD和CAT的活性总体呈现显著降低趋势,感病越严重其活性降低幅度越大。特别是抗病的爱格丽感病严重时SOD活性降低的幅度最小,为7.49U/(g·min),其余品种降低的幅度从小到大依次为维多利亚、失富罗莎、9307、8802;CAT性品种间除9307降低的幅度比较小(0.0387mg/(g·min))外,其他品种差异不明显。不同品种感病后SOD和CAT活性的降低趋势亦不同。
The resistance of 5 varieties in Vitisviniferato Plasmopara viticola were studied by natural infection identification in field.Polyphenol Oxidase(PPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)activity in healthy leaf and disease leaf were determined.The development trends of 4 kinds of enzyme activities of each variety after the infection were analyzed.The results showed that Ecoly and Yatomi rosa were disease-resistant varieties,but 8803,9307 and Victoria were susceptible varieties.Polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activity of tested varieties after infected showed significant rising trend in the general,the more serious the disease is,the more risen amount of enzyme activities is.In Ecoly,the activity of the two enzymes,2.3348 U/(g·min)and 90.7161 U/(g·min),increased mostly when the disease resistant variety was seriously susceptible to the disease.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and Catalase(CAT)activity of tested varieties after infected showed significant reducing trend in the general,the more serious the disease is,the more reduction amount of enzyme activities is.In Ecoly,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreases by the smallest extent as 7.49 U/(g·min),when the disease resistance was severe,and the reduced order of SOD was Victoria,Yatomi Rosa,9307,8802 from small to big.Catalase activity of tested varieties had no significant difference,except that the decreased amount of 9307 was smaller(0.0387 mg/(g·min)).The decreased trend of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase activity of different varieties after infected were also different.
