中职学生发展指导的实践与探索——以丹阳中等专业学校为例

Practice and Exploration of Development Guidance for Secondary Vocational Students——A Case Study

针对当前许多中职生自信不足、生涯规划模糊、心理迷茫的问题成立学生发展指导中心,重点实施心理健康教育和职业生涯规划教育,从师资队伍、课程建设、现代媒体技术、课堂教学及家校联系等方面入手开展学生发展指导工作,并倡导全员、全方位育人与个体指导、企业跟踪紧密结合,培养现代职教人。

In view of the problems of the students＇ lack of confidence, vague career planning and confusion, the students＇ development guidance center is set up, focusing on the implementation of mental health education and career planning education. It undertakes the students＇ development guidance from the aspects of teaching faculty, curriculum construction, modern media technology,classroom teaching and family school relations. It advocates a close combination of all-round education and individual guidance with enterprise tracking, so as to train modern vocational education talents.
