盐酸左西替利嗪片与复方甘草酸苷片治疗皮炎湿疹的效果

Effect of levcetirizine hydrochloride tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets on dermatitis eczema

目的探讨皮炎湿疹采用复方甘草酸苷片和盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的190例皮炎湿疹患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各95例。对照组采用单一盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组在此基础上运用复方甘草酸苷片联合治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组糜烂和瘙痒症状评分均下降,且观察组的瘙痒和糜烂症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的总有效率、外周血Th_1/Th_2和生活质量(QOL)评分明显更高(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论临床上给予皮炎湿疹患者盐酸左西替利嗪片+复方甘草酸苷片联合治疗可以提高疗效,改善预后。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin tablets and levcetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of dermatitis eczema. Methods A total of 190 dermatitis eczema patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 95 cases in each group. The control group was given levcetirizine hydrochloride tablets alone, and the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets based on the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of itchy and erosive symptoms in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, there were higher total effective rate, quality of life（QOL） score and peripheral blood Th_1/Th_2 level in the observation group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of levcetirizine hydrochloride tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets for patients with dermatitis eczema can improve the curative effect and prognosis.
